figured i would share

I figured i would share what has been going on. Kids ended up with gastroenteritis for a week back to back on them. Then i got a bad cold, thought was just allergies, then both kids got that and now the baby is still trying to get over it. Went today and got a new humidifier and baby chest rub and all that fun so he should be breathing easier here soon at least i am hoping he will be. Got my D.E. in the end of last week been taking it daily. Feeling pretty OK felt great at first with it but i was taking it more then once so that might be part of it.

I swear every time the kids the kids end up sick its one then the other. This time i was overrun with it all and found myself sick as well. Still trying to get caught back up on sleep. I have been waking up better with in the mornings can pretty much run off a nap if i had to but i try not to. Been trying to let my daughter play more ofter and get out and all that fun. She has issues with sleep as well too much energy built up or something idk but she doesn't sleep through the night even after spending hours at the park yesterday she fell asleep quick but woke up just as quick.

So, with the DE being started sleep has been a little better and less pain. With all the sickness going on sleep has been a bit of a loss though hoping that will change soon again though but who knows. Had to play around with it to figure out what to take it with but it seems to mix well with my coffee which means i will also start making that more often i love coffee just don't always think about making it daily.

Well anyway that has been what is happening here nothing too exciting just living life!
